AI Literacy Discussion Groups (AILDGs) bring small cohorts of experienced professionals together to dive-deep into AI topics. Through in-person and on-line discussions, article reviews, and private on-line interactions, AILDG members develop deeper understanding and knowledge of the foundational concepts and technologies underpinning AI tools, discuss ethical considerations resulting from the use of AI, and examine the regulatory and compliance landscape impacting the development and use of AI. AILDG members are empowered to evaluate the latest announcements in AI research, AI product offerings, and AI’s impact on society and to decide for themselves how they will or will not utilize AI in their personal and professional lives.
