Collaborative discussion among leaders to understand developments in AI and how AI can be utilized to power your business in human-centered ways.

Examples of topics that we’ll cover in this discussion group:

  1. Generative model launches (frontier models including GPT/Claude/Gemini/Grok series and open weight models from various providers) and how to apply these developments in your business context

  2. Case studies from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other leading AI providers

  3. AI integrations into existing business platforms and considerations for adoption of these features

  4. The "Lethal Trifecta" of agentic AI (a mental model for data-exposure risk)

  5. The probabilistic (vs. deterministic) nature of generative AI and what that means for business processes

  6. AI skills training for yourself and your team

Format: Bart will select an article or video for the group to read/watch prior to each session and then lead a discussion on the topic. Cohort members are welcome to request topics.
